The lineup includes, among others, an AF high-pressure compressor (model CE46A) and a Fusheng low-pressure compressor (model SA110A). A BAC cooling tower efficiently regulates process temperatures. The SIDEL SB014 blow moulder, equipped with a hopper, feeder, and deduster, is directly linked to the SIDEL SFGL40/10 filling machine. This setup maintains the plant’s efficiency throughout all production stages.

Labelling and Packaging
SIDEL integrated a Rollquattro labeller that applies wraparound roll-fed labels with high precision. Additionally, a shrink-wrapping unit produces stable multipack bundles from plastic film. The VANTA WSD-B350 carton packer, built in 2011, processes up to 35 cartons per minute. Likewise, a palletiser automates the end-of-line phase, preparing the products for dispatch.

Conveying Technology and Intralogistics
Throughout the process, the conveyor system utilizes SIDEL-built conveying belts, ensuring continuous flow from the blow moulder to the palletiser. This level of automation reduces manual intervention and enhances consistency. Unlike fragmented setups, this configuration improves operational control and reduces downtime.
