1 used painting line, equipped with a circulating conveyor, manual spray booth for sample coating, automatic spray booth featuring a robot and workpiece rotary holder, reverse osmosis system for DI water, paint preparation unit, and exhaust air treatment.

The line operates in two-shift serial production.
Manual loading and unloading onto a conveyor belt. All other operations are fully automatic.

18.7.25: Update:
Dismantling to be carried out from September 2025 at the Lohr site by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for all dismantling, packaging, collection, and transport costs to their own facility (FCA).
The installation area must be vacated no later than mid-January 2026 to allow for the installation of new production machinery.

Due to the complexity of dismantling, early and thorough planning with a qualified dismantling contractor is necessary. Prompt contact or a site visit at the facility is also strongly recommended. See the attached handout for further information.
