With the NOVA-3 Tenoning Machine, two rounded tenons of different sizes and angles can be produced simultaneously at both ends of a solid wood workpiece. The innovative technology of the NOVA-3 makes it the leading double-sided tenoning machine on the market.

ROBUST MECHANICS
Torsion-free, stress-relieved welded steel frame, large-scale machining units with supports and carriages made of cast iron, absolutely vibration-free. The mechanical design ensures maximum operational safety at top production output. 3 kW milling motors.

OPERATOR-FRIENDLINESS
Short setup times are facilitated by the new swivel system of the machining units, which maintains the tool position constant whether swiveling around the vertical or horizontal axis; the pivot point always corresponds to the tool's position. Even when adjusting the angle, the shoulder length of the workpieces remains unchanged.

FLEXIBILITY
The NOVA-3 is a particularly versatile machining center. Thanks to its generously dimensioned and reliable mechanics, the advanced design of the machining units, and the innovative swivel system, it can process both short, highly deformed workpieces and large components requiring high cutting performance with precision. For the latter, the robust machine structure and powerful motors are key factors. Flexibility is further enhanced by optional feeding magazines; depending on requirements, customers can equip their machine with the ADR or APPC automatic loader. Loading of workpieces is carried out from dedicated reference points.
The finished parts are discharged from the underside of the machine, allowing easy operator collection, direct transfer to a conveyor belt, or placement into a container. No manual intervention is required; the operator only needs to refill the loading magazine.
