DDG INSOLVENCY I.P.U.R.L., headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County, tax code RO27987796, registration number 2A0522, represented by the insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian as liquidator of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. – in bankruptcy, with registered office in Dej, 6 Dumbrava Roșie Street, ground floor, apt. 1, Cluj County, registered with the Trade Register under no. J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed by Civil Court Decision no. 1278 of 03.07.2025 handed down by the Specialized Tribunal of Cluj in case no. 442/1285/2025,

is organizing a public auction (open outcry) with ascending price bidding, for the individual sale of the following asset:
Conventional timber dryer (air/steam ventilation), brand Baschild Italia, equipped with 6 chambers, with a useful drying capacity of 300 m³, manufactured in 2005 – price: €36,900 + VAT.

The first auction will take place on 08.04.2026 at 15:00, at the headquarters of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L., 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj-Napoca. If unsold, the auction will be repeated on 15.04.2026, 22.04.2026, 29.04.2026, 06.05.2026, and 13.05.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For viewing the assets, the liquidator will set a viewing day on 06.04.2026 between 09:00 and 12:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the liquidator at +40 763 478 619 and confirm their intention to attend prior to the set date.

During the auction sessions, the liquidator may organize additional viewing days, which will be communicated to interested parties.

Upon sale, the liquidator will issue a tax invoice for the value of the adjudicated assets. Conversion to local currency (RON) will be at the exchange rate set by the National Bank of Romania on the invoice date.

The minimum bid increment is 5% of the starting price.

The auction documentation (terms & conditions) will be prepared by the liquidator in accordance with industry practice, will contain the auction participation rules, and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner for a fee of 5,000 lei + VAT. It can be purchased from the liquidator’s office or requested by phone and sent to the participant by e-mail.

The auction participation guarantee is 10% of the starting price. This amount, together with the registration documents, must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the auction date at the liquidator’s office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the purchase price for successful bidders and returned to unsuccessful participants.

In case of equal bids, the participant committing to the fastest full payment will be declared the successful bidder.

The payment term for the price is 5 working days from the auction adjudication. If the remaining amount is not paid, the successful bidder will forfeit the advance paid as a guarantee and will be excluded from participating in future auctions.
