Illuminated discharge area for quality control.
3 washing zones, each with its own water tank:
- First tank (for brush pair no. 1) is electrically heated and filled with detergent/water mix.
- Second tank (for brush pair no. 2) is for cold water rinsing.
- Third tank is for washing zone 3 with spray nozzles for pure water rinsing.

After washing, a drying zone with air nozzles powered by a fan follows.

The machine is designed for a glass height of 1600mm, but is open at the top to allow taller glass sheets to pass through.
Glass thickness: up to max. 20mm
Feed-in zone length: 1400mm
Machine length: 1820mm
Discharge zone length: 2000mm
Automatic stop of conveyor rollers once the glass reaches the end of the discharge zone.

The machine has always been serviced, is fully operational, and will be dismantled during week 31/32, 2025.
