Professional BELIMED MST-V 6-6-12 VS2 steam sterilizer for sale, directly from ongoing food production.

The unit was originally developed for the medical sector and is currently successfully used for sterilizing beverage bottles in a smoothie production environment. Up to 350 bottles per cycle are sterilized on specially adapted racks/trolleys.

The autoclave features a modern Siemens control system with touchscreen, programmable sterilization cycles, and stored programs for sterilization above 121 °C. Programs can be user-defined. Display language selectable.

Particularly noteworthy is a recent inspection report from an independent food institute, including FDA-compliant temperature distribution measurement in the product.

The system is in very good technical condition. In recent years, key components such as the sterilization door, pumps, and motors have been renewed. The autoclave is currently in daily use and can be inspected under real production conditions until August 2026.
