The semi-automatic, hydraulic saws of the X-tech line offer top-level sawing technology and optimal performance for cutting special steels.

• The electro-welded machine frame and steel saw frame meet all cutting requirements and eliminate vibration and noise.
• The chip conveyor is hydraulically driven and features adjustable speed.
• All machine movements (saw frame, vice, feeder, blade guides) are supported by modern linear guides with high static and dynamic load capacities, guaranteeing very low sliding friction.
• Another distinctive feature are the rollers for material positioning, driven by a hydraulic motor. They move at a right angle to the material, ensuring optimal clamping.
• Thanks to the height control of the blade position, the operator can set the blade close to the top edge of the material. After the cut, the blade is automatically raised back to its previous position. Alternatively, the blade can be set to remain in the lower position. During the cutting cycle, the software continuously compares blade load to preset values, and the sawing system can be stopped if irregularities are detected.
• The saw band is cleaned by two adjustable steel brushes, which are hydraulically driven.
• The hydraulic unit, including filter and pressure gauge, ensures especially smooth operation at constant pressure.
• Precision-ground carbide inserts clamp the saw band, complete with lateral, hardened and adjustable guide rollers. The adjustable blade guide automatically moves as close as possible to the material.
• The saw band is tensioned by a hydraulic cylinder controlled via the machine software. Tension is automatically released after a preset period when the machine is idle or after a cycle is completed.
• Automatic version with CNC control available in X-TECH 900 / 1200 models, with a feed length of 500 mm for high-volume production series.
• The material is supported by a table with seven rollers, driven by a hydraulic orbital motor to enable precise positioning even under maximum load.
• All guided movements are supported by four recirculating ball guides with high static and dynamic load capacity; feed friction is greatly reduced. Hardened and ground prismatic guides.
