Features and technical data:

- Berkmann extraction systems operate on the principle of displacement flow. This means that a vacuum is generated on the wall side of the room, while an overpressure is created on the opposite side by the supply air system.

- As a result, almost the entire room air flows in a directed, low-turbulence manner from the supply air side toward the exhaust side.

- Paint mist generated within the airflow area is captured and removed.

- Unlike conventional systems, Berkmann extraction units extract air throughout the entire area, not just locally at the spray wall intake area.

- This enables the painting of larger components.

- Furthermore, work does not need to be carried out directly in front of the extraction device.

- The patented "slot extraction" provides extraction at high slot velocities on all sides (including the floor area, where solvents accumulate).

- Due to the special design, exceptionally large filter surfaces could be accommodated, resulting in extremely long filter service lives.

- Compared to traditional spray booths, Berkmann extraction systems operate with significantly lower air volumes, enabling energy savings of up to 50%.
