Description:
The 1/BM grinding machine is capable of sharpening standard twist drills, diamond and Avyac drills with any drill angle, taps, shank cutters, step drills, reamers, and centre drills, as well as manufacturing step drills. It allows the re-sharpening of most tools used in a workshop. Thanks to its simple operation, no specialist training is required.

All 1/BM models are equipped with a cross-shaped head which houses the grinding group and a swivelling head with a tool spindle, along with a flag-type device for thinning drill points. The swivelling head is fitted with a six-jaw chuck, which, together with the positioning plate, ensures consistently simple and precise clamping of the tool to be ground. The head can be rotated to produce drills with any required angle, and its cam mechanism permits the machining of tools with up to twelve cutting edges (six cams included in delivery).
