6 ATS workpiece supports – 18 module holders
— 6 aluminium workpiece supports. The supports are guided on linear rails with recirculating ball carriages. Clamping is performed on the front and rear linear guides using pneumatic cylinders. Clamping is released via a push-button located at the front of each workpiece support.
— 18 module holders, 132 x 132 x H 41.5 mm, with independent pneumatic clamping
The vacuum modules can be rotated in 15° increments on the module holders; an ideal solution for shaped components.
— 18 blinds for module holders without templates.

SA worktable (Set-Up Assistant) for worktables up to 1550 mm.
Supported manual positioning system with travel direction indicator and position indicator.
— Sensors on each worktable and along the X-axis of the working area.
— Display of reached direction and position for the carriage during positioning, mounted on each worktable
According to the worktable programming, the system suggests to the operator the movement direction of each worktable and carriage, and signals with a green LED and beep when the target position (tolerance: +/- 1.5 mm) is reached.
