1. Image Processing System
Equipped with hardware and software capable of detecting various defects according to sorting requirements—generally via color, with basic settings for light-dark recognition, as well as by shape and size. Up to 16 criteria can be defined. Sorting programs and individual selection filters can be stored.

2. Ejection Unit with 6 solenoid valves, each with 9 outputs for ejecting off-grade product

3. Mechanical Structure consisting of:
• Stainless steel or coated aluminum components for all product-contacting parts
• Chute with dual-sided usability
• Frame made from painted steel with food-grade coating for all other parts

The color sorter is currently set up for single chute operation. The current frame design allows for expansion to three chutes.
