CNCTOR 2030

This machine has been designed and built to perform cutting and milling operations on plastics (PVC, Plexiglas, etc.), composites (BOND), and wood materials (MDF, chipboard, solid wood) commonly required in furniture manufacturing and advertising production industries.

The main objectives during its design process were:

- Full utilization of standard-sized sheets, both plastic and wood. Plexiglas, PVC, compact polycarbonate, and Stadur sheets usually measure 2030x3030 mm. MDF and chipboard typically measure up to 2080x2800 mm.

- Ease of operation. Thanks to the software support, numerous operations are fully automated, relieving the operator of many tasks (automatic homing, measurement, calibration, automated tool length adjustment, exhaust control, vacuum, automatic cooler).

- Ease of maintenance and servicing. Wherever possible, we avoided the use of complex or hard-to-source components and subassemblies. To ensure reliability and minimize the risk of operational problems, many elements have been oversized. This guarantees years of trouble-free operation before replacement is necessary.

- Modular and easy to disassemble. Given their dimensions, installation usually requires broad access. We have managed to design a machine with these working dimensions that can still be delivered and installed through standard entryways.

- Upgradable. To keep costs realistic, we have practiced some economies in the machine's initial configuration. However, the machine is prepared from the production stage to be upgraded over time with more powerful, faster, or more versatile components for new operations (e.g., spindle upgrades).
