The undersigned, DDG INSOLVENCY I.P.U.R.L., with registered office in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County, VAT No. RO27987796, registration number: 2A0522, represented by the insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian in his capacity as judicial liquidator of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. – in bankruptcy, with registered office in Dej, 6 Dumbrava Roșie Street, ground floor, apt. 1, Cluj County, registered with the Trade Register attached to the Cluj Tribunal under no. J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed to this role under Civil Decision no. 1278 as of 03.07.2025 issued by the Specialized Tribunal Cluj in case no. 442/1285/2025,
is organizing a public auction with live bidding and ascending price, for the individual sale of the asset identified in this announcement.
The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00, at the headquarters of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County. If the asset is not awarded, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, and 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For asset inspection, the judicial liquidator will schedule a viewing day on 04.02.2026 between 10:00-14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator and express their intention to participate prior to the set date.
In case of awarding, the judicial liquidator will issue a tax invoice for the value of the awarded asset(s). The conversion of the price into RON will be carried out on the date of invoice issuance, using the exchange rate set by the National Bank of Romania for that day.
The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.
The bidding terms and conditions document, required for auction participation, will be drafted by the judicial liquidator in accordance with standard industry practice, will include the auction participation rules, and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 RON + VAT for assets up to 5,000 euros, and 1,000 RON + VAT for assets over 5,000 euros. The document can be obtained from the office of the judicial liquidator or by phone, with subsequent transmission to the bidder via email.
The participation guarantee for the auction is set at 10% of the starting price. The guarantee together with the auction registration documentation must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction date at the office of the judicial liquidator. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the asset(s) for which the participant is declared the successful bidder and will be refunded to those who are not declared winners.
In the case of equal final prices, the asset will be awarded to the participant who undertakes to pay the full price in the shortest term.
The payment deadline for the price is 5 working days from the awarding. Should the remaining amount not be paid, the successful bidder will forfeit the paid advance (guarantee) and will no longer be eligible to participate in future scheduled auctions.
