1.3 Subframe:
Robust lightweight structure made from pressed steel sheets, cleanly electrically welded. Cross members with torsion-resistant outer frame.
ZIKUN folding flap mechanism.
Continuous side wall, horizontally divided. Folding down the lower side wall swings the upper wall mechanically onto the roof.
The lever mechanics, supported by tension springs, are attached to the front wall. This ensures that no mechanical parts are in the cargo area or corner posts. Force transfer via a torsion tube in the roof allows the side walls to be moved smoothly and effortlessly in any position.
Important: When open, the lower side wall stands vertically against the vehicle. At the front wall, flat, smooth entry with no obstructing posts.
Upper side wall sections made from special 25 mm aluminium composite panels.
Central lock in right and left side wall.
Upper side wall sections do not protrude over the edge of the roof when open.

Fixed roof made of steel roof bows with permanently bonded aluminium panels. Powder-coated in RAL 9010 Pure White.
