We have been manufacturing pneumatic conveyors for over 20 years, suitable for handling bulk materials such as seeds, grain, peas, corn, as well as conveying wood pellets, sawdust, plastic granulates, sand, and abrasive powders—even corundum and dispersed steel fibers for feeding concrete mixers or use in concrete batching plants.

These systems can also be used for aerating various materials, including hay, cereals, herbs, and more.

It is also excellent for supplying fresh air into production halls, poultry houses, and cowsheds, as well as for extracting smoke, dust, and harmful welding gases.

The system allows for the use of flexible hoses.

Our high-performance blower features a 5.5 kW/400V motor. The robust, sectional construction is made from high-grade steel. Pipes and bends are crafted from 3.6 mm thick steel, allowing you to transport even the most challenging materials with excellent durability. We can also supply lightweight and heavy-duty flexible hoses for transporting the above-mentioned materials. Efficient at transporting materials even over longer distances (range depends on the material type). The powerful blower output enables both horizontal and vertical conveying. We have extensive manufacturing experience in this field.

In the standard version, we sell just the blower with a flanged outlet for connecting various pipes. We manufacture steel pipes and bends from 3.6 mm thick steel.

Impeller speed: 2800 rpm (OPTION: wide-range electronic speed control available from stock). Using three-phase motor speed controllers offers many benefits, including energy savings, precise torque adjustment, and increased overall system efficiency. Additionally, they reduce energy losses, further improving production efficiency. Our blowers are highly efficient.

The machine is built from interchangeable modules (assembled with M8 screws), which we always have in stock. This allows for versatile customization and application.

Individual modules are also available separately (e.g., the blower only). We can tailor the design to the customer’s requirements.

The blower is easy to transport (can be moved by one person), and can be carried even with a small car, van, or trailer. Setup is simple, and operation is user-friendly. We also manufacture additional wheels for easier mobility (two types available).
