We have been manufacturing pneumatic conveyors for over 20 years for the transport of bulk materials such as seeds, grain, peas, corn, as well as for conveying wood pellets, sawdust, plastic granules, sand, abrasive powders such as corundum, and dispersed steel reinforcement to concrete mixers or in concrete plants, among others.

Our conveyors can also be used for aeration of various materials, including hay, grains, herbs, and others. They are ideal for supplying fresh air to production halls, poultry houses, and cowsheds. They are also suitable for extracting smoke, dust, and harmful welding gases. Flexible hoses can be used as needed.

Our high-performance blower is equipped with a 5.5 kW / 400V motor and features a durable modular construction made of high-grade steel. The pipes and bends are made from 3.6 mm thick steel, enabling the transport of even the most challenging materials while ensuring long service life. We can also supply both light and heavy-duty flexible hoses for transporting the aforementioned materials. The system easily handles materials over long distances (range depends on material type). The high efficiency of the blower also allows for horizontal and vertical transport. We have extensive experience in this field.

Upon request, we can manufacture parts or the entire system in a STAINLESS STEEL (including pipes) or galvanized version.

We apply the Kaizen method in our production process. Kaizen, meaning "change for the better" (from Japanese, "kai" = change, "zen" = for the better), is a management philosophy focused on continuous improvement of processes and company operations.

In the standard version, we sell only the blower with a flanged outlet for connecting various types of pipes. We manufacture steel pipes and elbows with a wall thickness of 3.6 mm.

Impeller speed is 2800 rpm. (OPTION – available with electronic speed reduction control, in stock). Using three-phase motor speed controllers offers many benefits, including energy savings, precise torque control, and increased efficiency of the entire system. Additionally, they reduce energy loss, positively affecting production output. The blower is highly efficient.

The machine is constructed from easily replaceable segments (fastened with M8 bolts), which we always keep in stock, allowing for versatile application possibilities.

Individual modules can also be sold separately (for example, just the blower). We can customize the design to meet customer requirements.

The blower is easy to transport (it can be pulled by a single person), and can be carried in even a small car, van or trailer. It is also easy to install and operate. We also produce additional wheels for easier movement (two types available).
