Modular design and drive technology
Each section independently driven by servo motors ("SmartServo system")
Motorized linear guides for carrier movement ensure precise transport and adjustment
Memory Job recall function allows for rapid changeover between repeat jobs

Machine sections – main functions:
1. Feeder Section – Friction feeder with adjustable vibrator, side gates, servo drive, suction belt function, touchscreen panel, rear support for long blanks
2. Side Register Section – Blanks aligned to one side for perfectly parallel feeding; quick setup; servo-motor control
3. Pre-folding Section (optional in AC/PC/SL models) – 180° flap pre-folder, 135° third-crease pre-folder, crease openers
4. Crash Lock Bottom Section – Set of hooks and helixes for front flap folding, adjustable hook tension, B-lock configuration, fast adjustment
5. Gluing Unit – One bottom (left) and optional bottom right glue tanks; top cold-glue system available on request; easy to dismount and clean
6. Folding & Closing Section – Servo-driven outer belts (up to 180°), three complete carriers (upper/lower), mini-box folder, service access
7. Trombone / Transfer Section – Independent drive, automatic belt tensioning, pneumatic box squaring devices, box transfer system to pressing section
8. Press Section – Pneumatic/servo pressing section, manual/auto modes, length ~6.5 m (effective ~4 m), adjustable pressure, front squaring device
9. Back-folding Device (SL models only) – Electronic, unsynchronized system, two independent servo motors, easy set-up for 4- and 6-corner boxes
10. Optional Scoring / Creasing Module – Servo-driven scoring section, positioned before pre-folding, enables deeper scoring
