• IONIC measuring control model 17 A, renewed in 2002, with monitor and direct entry of grinding data, including part counter, tolerance counter, limit monitoring, and statistical data reporting. Workpiece tolerances are continuously monitored via probe heads, with hydraulic adjustment of the grinding heads according to preset parameters via this measuring control.
• Automatic workpiece thickness measurement after grinding and mechanical workpiece height inspection prior to entry, to prevent grinding wheel crashes.
• Automatic hydraulic dressing device located between the two grinding wheels for simultaneous dressing after a preset dressing cycle (number of workpieces / time), including hydraulic return of the upper grinding slide to the preset grinding position or dimension.
• Rotary workpiece feed with transport disc (810 mm Ø) and continuously variable speed adjustment.
• Hydraulic grinding wheel infeed via jog mode.
• ELBARON oil mist extraction system with stand and adjustable extraction cone.
• Walk-on circulating platform for easy operation and monitoring of the system.
