Complete production and bottling line of a brewpub brewery, consisting of the following components:
1. Milling: Grist mill with malt intake hopper and tubular chain conveyor system for malt grist.
2. Brewhouse: 2-vessel brewhouse (Kaspar Schulz, year 2013) as a compact brew block with copper-clad stainless steel kettle. Wort cooling is carried out via a separate plate heat exchanger (API Heat Transfer, 2013) followed by wort aeration. Additionally, there is a hot water tank (Kaspar Schulz, 2013) with insulation and heating jacket.
3. Fermentation and Storage Cellar: 4 pieces cylindroconical fermentation and storage tanks (Kaspar Schulz, 2013), each with a gross volume of 12 hl and a maximum operating overpressure of 3 bar. 3 pieces cylindroconical fermentation and storage tanks (Kaspar Schulz, 2013), each with a gross volume of 25 hl and a maximum overpressure of 3 bar. The temperature of these 7 cylindroconical fermentation and storage tanks is controlled via a central control cabinet. Additionally, there are 2 further cylindroconical fermentation and storage tanks (Kaspar Schulz, 2013), each with a gross volume of 14.7 hl and a maximum pressure of 3 bar. Temperature control for these two tanks is handled by a separate control cabinet.
4. Bright Beer Cellar / Dispensing Cellar: 5 upright bright beer tanks (Kaspar Schulz, 2013) with dished heads, each with a gross capacity of 10.5 hl and a maximum pressure of 3 bar.
5. Bottling: Siphon/Glass Bottle Filler (JS Maschinen) with 6 filling heads. Keg internal and external washer (Scheuer) with spray nozzles in a stainless steel housing and caustic tank in the base. Keg filling station with taps for direct filling of kegs from the bright beer tanks.
6. Utility/Support Equipment: Refrigeration unit (Hafner-Muschler, 2013) as an ice water storage system using refrigerant R404a and 3 cooling compressors. Oil-free reciprocating air compressor (Kaeser, 2013) with a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar, as well as compressed air dryer (Kaeser, 2013) with refrigerant R134a. Air separator (AST) as a nitrogen generator with adjacent nitrogen pressure tank.
