DMS 2KR

The DMS 2KR has been designed for deburring components after laser or saw cutting, utilizing Flex Trim flap systems.

The DMS 2KR machine features two independent units, each controlled by separate frequency inverters.

A dedicated base, where the workpiece is placed, allows for extremely fast deburring of end faces on processed components, such as pipes or profiles of various shapes.

The columns installed in the machine enable quick and precise adjustment on multiple axes. Electronic speed and rotational direction control allow for setting the correct machining parameters. The machine is entirely manufactured in Poland by our company, drawing on experience gained in the grinding process.
