Building on the safety, efficiency, flexibility, and user-friendliness of the CR series, the CR12A exceeds the payload limit of 12 kg, thus opening up a wider range of applications for collaborative robots. With a working radius of 1200 mm, the CR12A meets the requirements for heavy-duty picking, packaging, palletizing, and welding in the automotive, home appliance, logistics, and metalworking industries.

User-friendly design for faster deployment
The CR12A utilizes the industry’s first dual-channel end effector design, allowing direct connection to multiple end tools. It also features a visual status indicator at the base for intuitive identification of the operational status.

More possibilities with high payload and large radius
The CR12A offers a 1200 mm working radius and a maximum payload of 12 kg. Thanks to an advanced motion control algorithm, the CR12A operates with greater stability and exhibits 50% less residual vibration during rapid emergency braking.

24 interface ports for greater flexibility
The CR12A supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols and integrates seamlessly with PLC systems. It is equipped with 24 digital I/O ports, offering industry-leading support for both PNP and NPN circuits, making it easy to expand its applications.

High protection level for safe collaboration
The robot housing and control unit achieve a high protection rating of IP54. In the event of overload, the robot automatically triggers an alarm. The CR12A is also equipped with an innovative electromagnetic brake safety system that reduces the drop height of the end tool in case of a power failure.
