Diamond Tube Laser T9350 – Precision and Flexibility for Tube and Profile Processing

The Diamond Tube Laser T9350 from Eckert Cutting is a state-of-the-art laser tube cutting system specially designed for processing tubes and profiles. Its robust gantry design and rack-and-pinion drive with helical gears ensure exceptional rigidity, stability, and speed.

Thanks to an intelligent, pneumatically controlled clamping system and floating tube support, the machine can securely hold tubes and profiles of various shapes and lengths—maintaining consistently high cut quality, even for long components.

The system enables machining of a wide range of tube and profile geometries: round, square, rectangular, oval, elliptical, special profiles, channels (C), I- and H-beams, and many more shapes. In addition, complex bevel and angle cuts up to 45° are possible with an optional 4-, 5-, or 6-axis head.

Additional highlights include: 360° machining with CNC-controlled self-centering, high cutting precision with finely defined edges, stable production even for long tubes, as well as the option of serial production and automation via optional loading systems.
