WHAT IS AN OCTABIN TIPPER?

An Octabin tipper is an industrial automation system designed for the controlled and safe emptying of plastic granulate or regranulate from large-volume Octabin containers.

The Octabins are loaded by forklift and then gently lifted and tilted by means of a hydraulic or chain-driven lifting system. The material is discharged into the lower hopper and can be conveyed directly to the production line from there via vacuum or dosing systems.

This system is primarily used in plastics injection moulding and extrusion operations to reduce manual effort, accelerate production processes, and ensure safe material handling.
