Function description:
The hot knife system allows for precise and clean separation of film from the sheet edges after lamination, regardless of the substrate. The integrated Scatec correction laser provides real-time sheet position monitoring and automatic cutting adjustment, ensuring perfect film alignment relative to the print edges. This minimizes errors and increases process repeatability—even at high production speeds.
