Electronic double mitre saw with automatic feed of the movable cutting head, powered by a brushless motor with numerical control system. Pneumatic control of angle adjustment at three fixed positions: 90°, 45°, and 22°30' (external), or with a mechanical system for manual setting of intermediate angles. Hydro-pneumatic feed of the saw blades. Swiveling heads: Head rotation along the horizontal axis is performed by pneumatic cylinders, allowing for angles from 90° to 22°30' (external); intermediate angles can be set using manually adjustable special stops. The mobile units feature integrated pneumatic drop-down safety covers for the machining area.

The pneumatic intermediate support is extremely useful when cutting light profiles of considerable length. In this case, the pneumatic support automatically provides optimal profile support.

Additional Clamp for Profile Support on Roller Conveyors
After each cut, the remaining short profile section tends to fall onto the roller conveyor, with a risk of touching the saw blade edge while the cutting phase is still ongoing. This movement can damage both the workpiece and the freshly cut piece. The additional vice installed on the roller conveyor prevents this problem by holding the profile securely throughout the cutting process.

Year of manufacture: 2019, like new! The saw has seen very little use; even the protective film is still on some parts!
Unfortunately, since the saw does not have a cut counter, it is impossible to say exactly how many cuts it has performed. However, it is immediately apparent during inspection that the saw is truly in mint condition with very little previous use. It was used by its previous owner solely for training purposes.
