Phantomatic X 6 HP
Machining center with 4 CNC-controlled axes for processing profile bars or components made of aluminum, PVC, non-ferrous metals, and steel up to 7.7 m in length.

Operating mode 1: Utilizes the full available machining length of up to 7.7 m.
Operating mode 2: Pendulum operation, dividing the machine into two working zones. In this mode, the machine can be loaded and unloaded alternately while machining takes place on the other side. On the X6 HP model, the positioning of the clamps is performed using two additional axes, independent of the main processing time. The machine features an automatic tool changer with 8 tool positions mounted on the X-axis gantry, accommodating 1 angle head and a disc milling cutter for five-sided machining of workpieces. The 4th CNC axis allows spindle rotation from 0° to 180° with positioning at any angle in between. This enables machining operations on the top and sides of the profile at any inclination within the allowable range. Additionally, a movable work area facilitates loading and unloading and considerably increases the machinable cross-section.

The spindle, rated at 7 kW in S1 with high torque, allows even heavy-duty machining. The spindle movement along the A-axis enables rotations from 0° to 180°, so that the profile can be machined on three sides without repositioning. Suitable both for certain types of steel press profiles and for aluminum profiles, thanks to a lubrication system that can be set via software. Its dual tank enables the use of oil with minimal diffusion or micro-mist with oil emulsion.
