Description:
The ERBA BPT 1000 double-motor long trough vibratory finishing machine is ideally suited for ball polishing or for processing heavy workpieces. With its two motors, it efficiently moves even particularly heavy abrasive media and applies the necessary pressure to the workpieces.

The machine features a durable, hot-cast polyurethane lining. Discharge or separation is performed via bottom discharge (manual/pneumatic). Partition walls can be inserted into the working tank to create compartments, enabling individual processing of parts. The machine is equipped with an electrical control cabinet and can optionally be fitted with a fully automatic PLC process control system. The motor speed can be infinitely adjusted using a frequency inverter (optional).
