With this compact all-round machine, you can increase your productivity. The HVR hydraulic guillotine shear supports you in making precise, fast, and cost-efficient cuts within your daily workflow. By using hydraulic hold-downs to fix the sheet and a support table with built-in ball rollers, ergonomic and efficient cutting is ensured for your operator. The CNC control allows you to use various sheet metals already stored in the material library. After selecting the maximum thickness and material type, the optimal cutting gap and cutting angle are set automatically via the electro-hydraulic CNC control, but can also be adjusted manually. The position and retract function of the motorized backgauge can be easily set via touchscreen. Additionally, the control system offers memory storage for cutting programs and cutting sequences.
