The POWER BEND PRO press brake by ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of press forces from 40 to 400 tons, meeting your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be extended as a tandem machine, providing great flexibility in bending lengths. It features numerous functions that ensure easy and safe operation. The robust machine design, combined with precision CNC control, guarantees long-lasting and reliable performance. In addition, the machine offers a variety of options for expansion and equipment, allowing you to tailor it to your specific needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphic control enables convenient operation via touchscreen and offers a comprehensive safety package. The machine can easily be operated via an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swivel arm. Bending operations are triggered by actuating a foot switch. In addition to this safety feature, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light barrier. The CNC controller automatically calculates press force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, coining force, and tool safety zones.
