The POWER BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of press forces from 40 to 400 tons to meet your specific requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be expanded as a tandem machine, providing you with maximum flexibility in bending lengths. It is equipped with numerous features ensuring simple and safe operation. The robust machine design combined with precise CNC control guarantees durable and reliable performance. Furthermore, the machine offers a variety of expansion and equipment options for customized configuration to your needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphical control allows for convenient operation via touchscreen and provides a comprehensive safety package. The machine can be easily controlled using the LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swing arm. Bending operations are initiated by actuating a foot switch. In addition to this safety device, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the work area and a rear light curtain. The CNC control automatically calculates pressing force, bend tolerance, crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
