The POWER BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of press forces from 40 to 400 tons to meet your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be expanded as a tandem machine, providing great flexibility in bending lengths. It features numerous functions that ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine design, combined with precise CNC control, guarantees long-lasting and reliable performance. Additionally, the machine offers a wide variety of extension and equipment options to tailor it to your specific needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphical control allows for convenient operation via touchscreens and comes with a comprehensive safety package. The machine can be easily operated using an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left-side swing arm. Bending operations are started using a foot pedal. In addition to this safety measure, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light curtain. The CNC control automatically calculates press force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
