The ERMAK POWER BEND PRO press brake is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of pressing forces from 40 to 400 tons to meet your specific requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be extended as a tandem machine, giving you great flexibility with bending lengths. It features numerous functions that ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine design in conjunction with precise CNC control guarantees long-lasting and reliable performance. Furthermore, the machine offers a wide range of expansion and equipment options to tailor it specifically to your needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphic control enables convenient operation via touchscreen and offers a comprehensive safety package. The machine is easily controlled via an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swing arm. Bending operations are initiated by foot pedal actuation. In addition to this safety measure, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light curtain. The CNC control of the press brake automatically calculates pressing force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
