The SPEED BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of press capacities from 40–1,500 tonnes to meet your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be configured as a tandem machine, providing you with maximum flexibility in bending lengths. It features numerous functions to ensure simple and safe operation. Its robust machine concept combined with precision CNC control delivers long-lasting and reliable performance. Furthermore, the machine offers an array of expansion and equipment options for customized adaptation to your requirements. The DELEM DA graphical CNC control allows for convenient operation via touchscreens and offers a comprehensive safety package. The machine is easily operated using an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left-side swing arm. Bending operations are initiated using a footswitch. In addition to this safety measure, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light curtain. The CNC control automatically calculates the pressing force, bending tolerance, crowning settings, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
