The SPEED BEND PRO press brake by ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a broad range of press forces from 40 to 1,500 tons to suit your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be expanded as a tandem machine, providing great flexibility with bending lengths. It features numerous functions that ensure easy and safe operation. The robust machine design, in combination with the precise CNC control, ensures durable and reliable performance. Moreover, the machine offers a wide variety of extension and equipment options to tailor it to your specific needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphic control enables convenient operation via touchscreen and comes with a comprehensive safety package. The machine can be easily operated using the LCD touchscreen located on the left-hand swing arm. Bending operations are initiated by means of a foot switch. In addition to this safety feature, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light barrier. The CNC control automatically calculates press force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
