The SPEED BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of press forces from 40 to 1,500 tons to meet your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be expanded as a tandem machine, providing great flexibility in bending lengths. It is equipped with numerous features to ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine design, paired with precise CNC control, guarantees long-lasting and reliable performance. Furthermore, the machine offers a variety of expansion and equipment options to tailor the system exactly to your needs. The CNC graphic control DELEM DA allows for easy operation via touchscreen and offers a comprehensive safety package. The machine can be easily operated using an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swivel arm. Bending processes are initiated using a foot pedal. In addition to this safety measure, operators are protected by a safety laser in the work area and a rear light barrier. Via the CNC control, the press brake automatically calculates press force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
