The SPEED BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of press forces from 40 to 1,500 tons to meet your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be expanded as a tandem machine, providing great flexibility in bending lengths. It is equipped with numerous features to ensure easy and safe operation. The robust machine design in combination with precision CNC control guarantees long-lasting and reliable performance. Additionally, the machine offers extensive options for customization and additional equipment to tailor it to your needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphic control provides convenient operation via touchscreen and includes a comprehensive safety package. The machine is operated via an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swivel arm. Bending operations are initiated using a foot switch. In addition to this safety feature, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light barrier. The CNC control system automatically calculates press force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, forming force, and tool safety zones.
