The SPEED BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide selection of press forces from 40 to 1,500 tons to meet your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be expanded as a tandem machine, giving you substantial flexibility with bending lengths. It is equipped with numerous features that ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine design, combined with precise CNC control, guarantees long-lasting, reliable performance. Additionally, the machine offers a range of extension and equipment options, allowing it to be tailored to your specific needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphic control allows convenient operation via touchscreens and includes a comprehensive safety package. The machine can be easily controlled through an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swing arm. Bending operations are initiated using a foot switch. In addition to this safety feature, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light curtain. The CNC control of the press brake automatically calculates press force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tooling safety zones.
