Essetre Essetre Techno One

The Essetre Techno One is a CNC machining centre for timber construction. It features 8 controlled axes (X, Y1, Y2, Y3, Y4, Z, B, C) and processes beams with maximum dimensions of unlimited length x 800 x 400 mm. Axis speeds are 70 m/min for X, 100 m/min for Y, and 32 m/min for Z. The machine is equipped with a 5-axis milling head with interpolating axes, a spindle with 12 kW power and 7,000 rpm (variable from 1,000 to 18,000 rpm). It includes a tool magazine with 9 positions on one side and 2 positions on the other side for special tools, such as a chain aggregate. Furthermore, it is fitted with a pneumatic loading and unloading system.
