ESTA WELDEX FT-150

The WELDEX FT series of filtration towers has been specially designed for effective removal of welding fumes in production facilities. These units are mainly intended for extracting contaminated air during welding of large or complex metal parts where point extraction is impractical. Fine particles are separated by class M filter cartridges, and the filters are automatically cleaned during operation using pulsed compressed air (pulse jet cleaning).

The WELDEX FT filtration tower is positioned in the center of the working area. Fume-laden air from the environment is drawn in at the top of the unit from the entire surrounding area, purified, and then draught-free clean air is discharged back into the hall through two side outlets. The three-section dust collection drawer captures pollutants separated from both the pre-separator and filter chambers.
