EVERISING P-100C

The Everising P-100C circular saw is designed for high-production and maximally efficient cutting of steel materials. This is a fully automatic saw with a feeder for additional bars, minimizing operator intervention. The saw is operated via a user-friendly and intuitive touchscreen display. The operator can select from up to one hundred preset programs specifying diameters, lengths, and cutting conditions, eliminating the need to re-enter cutting parameters. The saw’s cutting unit is mounted on preloaded linear guides, with a servo motor applying feed force via a ball screw, ensuring smooth and precise cutting. The saw is installed on beams filled with a polymer composite, which suppresses vibrations and extends the blade's service life, as unwanted vibrations can significantly impact blade durability. Included with the circular saw is a 6-meter gravity feed conveyor with a stock magazine. The machine’s construction is intentionally mechanically oversized for high reliability and long-lasting durability. The clamping system features a robust design with adjustable gripping force, providing maximum clamping strength for solid stock and regulated clamping for profiles to prevent deformation. There is also a vertical clamping vise included, compensating for potential curvature of the material being cut and ensuring the squareness of cuts. Material feeding is provided by a servo motor with a ball screw, allowing the feed vise to travel at up to 60 m/min while maintaining maximum positioning accuracy, ensuring an extremely fast cutting cycle. The circular saw features optical material detection, guaranteeing rapid and precise detection of stock on the feeder. Cutting is cooled by an oil mist system, which sprays a mixture of oil and air onto the cutting area to reduce friction and keep the blade cool.
