The new profil 92 M e-motion spindle moulder is the Format4 premium model for maximum operator comfort, guaranteeing absolute efficiency with minimal setup times for milling operations. The advanced electric spindle features an HSK 63F interface for a tool quick-change system with pneumatic clamping. The swiveling range of ±46° allows for unlimited machining versatility. With the intuitive e-motion control on the 15" touchscreen operator panel, spindle speed, height, and angle, as well as the fence and even the table opening, can be set intuitively and precisely. Memory slots for tools, spindles, and milling programs ensure perfect repeat accuracy and the shortest setup times.

Controlled, eccentric table rings provide maximum table support area and significantly reduce setup effort, especially when tilting the spindle. The newly developed, heavy-duty precision fence offers two controlled axes for precise depth adjustment of the entire fence and a separate, independent depth positioning of the right-hand infeed jaw. For convenient access during contour milling, the fence can also be swung completely out of the work area. Optionally, the Format4 profil 92 M e-motion can also be equipped with an electrically height-adjustable feed unit.
