The COILFARM by FORSTNER is a new, innovative, and adaptable solution designed to meet the changing market demand for rapid and flexible availability of a wide range of materials in various thicknesses and color variants. Rapid Coil Change: Thanks to a sophisticated system, coil changeovers are quick, straightforward, and safe. We've integrated a coil buffer station above the nuSLIT as well as a changeover buffer station behind the decoiler. As a result, setup times are minimized and overall production efficiency is significantly increased.

Easy Loading Process: The well-thought-out machine design makes loading the COILFARM very simple. The expanding mandrels can be easily attached to the coils, and loading via the setup station enhances your productivity.

Maximum Precision: The integrated zero-line alignment (fixed edge) ensures materials are perfectly aligned every time. This minimizes errors and scrap.

3-Minute Changeover Time: Stop and rewind; move the current coil to the transfer station behind the decoiler; fetch the next coil above the nuSLIT, feed it in first, then position it on the decoiler — and production is up and running at full speed again.
