Machine Features

Braiding Machines:
- One machine is equipped with 4 needle heads, the other with 2 needle heads, allowing a total of 6 cords to be produced simultaneously.
- Automatic stop function: If the yarn breaks or a needle is damaged, the affected needle head automatically stops.
- Needle heads for cord production: 4 heads with 4 needles each – for fine braided cords approx. 3 mm in diameter; 2 heads with 6 needles each – for cords with a 5–6 mm diameter.
- Variants with 3 to 18 needles can be reordered and replaced from the manufacturer.

Industrial Yarn Winding Machine:
- Cross-winding for even yarn distribution.
- Automatic stop function at the end of the cord.

Operation & Control:
- Speed display for each needle head and for the take-up unit.
- Each needle head can be switched on and off individually.
- Adjustable speed.

Scope of Delivery & Additional Equipment:
- 2 braiding machines with a total of 6 needle heads
- Yarn winding machine
- 2 yarn stands for more than 24 yarn cones
- Operator’s manual included
- Replacement needles (approx. 50 pcs.) included

Location & Collection:
The machines are located in Munich and will be available for collection from mid-October. Upon collection, we are happy to provide an introduction to the operation of the machines.

The machines are in excellent condition – they were in use for only about one year (approx. 15 hours per week) and are ready for immediate operation.
