New demonstration machine! List price: €32,665 – complete in standard configuration with: Sturdy, torsion-resistant steel frame, welded and bolted construction. Upper slat pressing beam with 6 elements, lateral slat pressing beam with 5 elements. Slat pressing beams with proven tolerance compensation (Ganner system) for tightly clamped carcass joints. Counter-pressure surfaces (side pressure wall, floor) are continuous 38 mm thick coated base plates. Continuous pressing surface with a height of 95 mm on the lower vertical pressing beam. Electromotive adjustment of both pressing beams via precision acme lead screws (with increased pitch and concentricity accuracy) and high-performance traveling nuts with grease reservoir.

Pressing is powered electromotively by two separate worm gear motors (2 x 0.75 kW). The pressing force of the beams is continuously and electronically adjustable via two potentiometers and controlled by a frequency converter; this makes the press force control absolutely maintenance-free. Pressing force for horizontal pressing beam: min. 500 daN (kg) up to max. 2200 daN (kg), infinitely variable. Pressing force for vertical pressing beam: min. 300 daN (kg) up to max. 2200 daN (kg), infinitely variable. Pressing and adjustment speed of the beams with fine positioning, selectable via 3-stage switch: 5 / 10 / 25 mm/second. Simple operation via 6 separate push buttons, 8 movement sequences can be selected via the control system.

Freely adjustable pressing time preselection with automatic opening, 0–30 min (switchable to seconds or hours). Working height/feeding height: 300 mm. Working dimensions: Length min. 150 mm, max. 2,500 mm; Height min. 150 mm, max. 1,400 mm; Depth: 700 mm. Weight: approx. 1,800 kg net. Dimensions (L x W x H): 3.45 m x 0.95 m x 2.30 m.
