The Blow–Fill–Cap combi architecture maximizes line efficiency by eliminating intermediate conveyors, reducing contamination risks, and enabling synchronized control of the blowing process, aseptic filling, and capping. The system features integrated controls with a central HMI for coordinated format changes and process monitoring. The dry aseptic operation minimizes chemical residue and supports rapid restart with reduced media and energy consumption. Safety guards and interlocks protect operators during production and format changes.

Integration Capability within the Production Line
This used industrial packaging line includes infeed and outfeed components, dimensioned for a capacity of 48,000 bph. The integrated conveyor system interlinks the blow moulder, filler, and bottle drying units and provides interfaces for downstream labelling and packaging.
