• Machine equipped with an easily and freely programmable SIEMENS CNC control type 840 D SolutionLine, with additional GEIBEL & HOTZ grinding software. Simple operator guidance, text and graphical support, simple programming of complex grinding wheel contours and rapid linking of grinding processes as well as all common grinding cycles.
• Electronic handwheel for 3 axes.
• Table movement via ball screw drive (KT), allowing both very high and very low table speeds, also ideally suited for profile grinding.
• Crossfeed (Z) and infeed (Y) via ball screw with incremental glass scale.
• Diamond dressing unit mounted on the left side of the table (suitable for profile dressing); additional powered diamond roll dressing device (table mountable) with automatic dressing cycle including compensation.
• HOFMANN balancing system EasyBalancer EB3100 (with installed speed and vibration sensor)
• Currently, only a small magnetic plate 110 x 200 mm is available.
• Wet grinding system with separately standing band filter coolant filtration unit
• Full enclosure with electrically monitored sliding doors, free-standing control cabinet, work lamp, various accessories, operating manuals
