This model is equipped with a swivel arm (0-60°). The frame design ensures precise and quiet operation. It features a removable chip tray for easy cleaning! Machine Features The horizontal metal band saw with a swiveling arm allows cuts both perpendicular to the axis of the material and at any angle from 0 to 60°. The workpiece can be fed manually or by any mechanical device, while the tool feed is automatic. The blade guides are equipped with special carbide inserts and bearings, which have a major impact on blade guidance, durability, straightness, cutting accuracy, and quality. Carbide guidance significantly reduces machine and blade wear. The machine is equipped with a high-performance coolant pump with a closed-loop cooling system. The saw arm, made from a solid cast iron casting, combined with a 27 mm wide cutting blade, is ideal for serial cutting of both profiles and solid materials. The vise is placed in an adjustable base and features a quick release clamp. The blade guides are fitted with hard metal (carbide) inserts and rolling bearing system. It is these CARBIDE INSERT GUIDES that guarantee cutting precision and straightness. The upper base design incorporates a tray for draining coolant and collecting chips generated during cutting. The robust cast iron worktable is mounted to the base, featuring a swiveling arm and a separate control panel arm. During the cutting process, the main cutting movement is performed by the blade, while the feed is controlled by the arm’s descent. The arm descent speed (cutting speed) is steplessly adjustable via a hydraulic actuator. Feed speed is regulated via the saw’s control panel. Two blade speeds are available: 35 and 70 m/min. At the bottom position of the arm (after cutting through the material), the blade drive is switched off automatically. Safety is ensured by the blade guards and micro-switches, which stop the motor after each cutting cycle or when any guard is opened. Additional protection is provided by automatic shutoff if the blade breaks.
