The Semipaxy table is a CNC positioning unit that can be ordered with any GEKA punching machine with a throat depth of at least 500 mm.

THE ATTACHMENT CONSISTS OF:

* Mounting plate
* Table with X and Y axes, driven by servo motors
* 15” touchscreen control “B&R Power Panel 500” based on PC
* Each axis (X and Y) has its own servo motor with encoder for precise positioning
* Control cabinet

WORKFLOW DESCRIPTION:

* The position of the holes to be punched is programmed either incrementally or absolutely.
* After starting the program, the stops position themselves for the first punch.
* The material to be punched must be manually guided to the stops; punching is then performed by pressing the foot pedal.
* Once the punch returns to its top starting position, the stops automatically move to the next programmed position.

* The graphic display makes it easier to make changes to already programmed parts. Errors can also be detected and corrected before starting production.
* Line Pro can be installed on a PC, enabling data transfer to the control panel via network or USB.
