Decoiler Design and Function:
The decoiler is constructed from a robust assembly of electrically welded and precision-machined components. The expanding mandrel allows uncoiling to the left or right. Expansion is hydraulically controlled via the control console. The decoiler is equipped with a three-phase motor which enables manual winding and unwinding of the decoiler head during setup mode. In automatic mode, material can be discharged either using the preset pressure setting or continuously via loop control.

Control Description:
The decoiler is powered by a frequency-controlled three-phase motor. Loop control between the decoiler and downstream machine is performed contactlessly by an ultrasonic sensor. The analog regulation ensures smooth, continuous operation of the decoiler. All system functions can be operated in both setup and automatic modes.
