HEESEMANN

The JSM is an affordable all-round machine for small and medium-sized craft businesses with high demands on surface quality. It is available in two sanding widths and three equipment packages. Depending on the package, it is ideally suited for solid wood, veneer, and lacquer sanding.

- Feed unit with profiled conveyor belt
- Feed speeds: 3 - 12 m/min
- Variable working height via motorized height adjustment (maximum table height: 880 mm)
- Workpiece thicknesses: 3 - 160 mm

- Table extension with non-driven rollers at infeed and outfeed (300 mm each)
- 15.6" touch display (integrated)
- CSD pressure beam system (magnetic pressure beam)
- Remote maintenance program
- Sanding belt length: 2,150 mm; sanding belt width: 1,120/1,370 mm
- Energy Management System (EMS) for energy-efficient machine operation
- 1 emergency stop switch on the terminal, 2 emergency stop switches at the machine outfeed
- LED lighting inside the machine (belt support side)
- Terminal and belt support side on the left
- Electrical configuration: 400 V, 50 Hz

Additional equipment of the Advanced Package:
- Vacuum table pre-configured (drilled) for vacuum blower connection
- Vacuum blower integrated within the machine
- Workpiece cleaning with oscillating air blast tube
