• Dowel insertion unit DA102 for pre-glued dowels, as well as for use with natural dowels in combination with white glue.

The POWER-PIN dowel insertion machine can be used as a standard dowel machine or as an ideal complement to, for example, nesting or console machines.

From cabinet carcasses to high-quality solid wood drawers with a minimum material thickness of 12mm, the 7605 is the perfect machine for drilling and inserting wooden dowels.

The continuous LED strip displays the machine status and indicates the correct workpiece positioning to the operator.

A barcode scanner allows scanning of, for example, DataMatrix codes which include the machining data for the workpiece.

Drilling positions and drilling depths are automatically adjusted and approached by the machine.
